Marshall completed the South Carolina Jr. Duck Stamp picture on Friday, January 30th. The painting was sent in by Mrs. Floyd to be entered in this years competition. Remember he is competing with a more advanced age group this year. We were told by Mrs. Floyd that it is rather tough for a 9 year old to compete with a 12 year old. He is a winner in my book! (but I am his Mom) It was entered as:
Pintail Duck, Watercolor Painting.
